Steps to being the Champion for a cinema session

Conquering Skin Cancer is in cinemas from 20th November 2024, with screenings available to host in December.

  1. Sign Up: Register to Champion a cinema session by filling out the above form.
  2. Receive Resources: Expect a follow-up with comprehensive details and resources to kick start planning your event.
  3. Choose Date and Venue: We will send you a list of locations where Conquering Skin Cancer will be screening, along with available dates.
  4. Promote Your Event: Spread the word among your social circle and local community to maximise attendance. Put it in the group chat, add it to your newsletter, invite your local community groups!
  5. Champion Your Cinema Session: Lead your event and initiate discussions to raise awareness and foster support for the cause. You could save a life this summer!

Being a cinema session Champion is very easy! And we're with you every step of the way.

  • What do I have to do? Your main role is promotion, and getting bums on seats! Spread the word however you can that this film is essential viewing for every body under the sun.
  • What resources will I receive? You will receive everything you could possibly need- a detailed host guide; posters and flyers, newsletter copy templates, social media assets, and the support of a very passionate team!
  • Can I use this as a fundraiser? Absolutely! You can use this screening as a fundraising opportunity for any charity or cause of your choice! Chat to us to find out more.
  • What are the costs involved? None at all! These sessions are running regardless- every extra seat filled is a bonus. We find Champions that help gather local crowds and communities, and are more likely to sell tickets.
